Terms of Service

Last updated: October 15, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Belovidovo Holdings LLC, a Virginia limited liability company ("Inbox Liberator", "we", "us"), for the use of the Inbox Liberator website, apps and email filtering service (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who can use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you use the Service for an organization, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms for it. A parent or legal guardian may connect a child's mailbox to their own account; the account holder is responsible for that use.

2. What the Service does

Inbox Liberator uses automated systems, including artificial intelligence, to read the email that arrives in the mailboxes you connect and sort it: messages it judges to be spam, scams or phishing are moved to your Junk folder, marketing messages to a Promotions folder, and other messages stay in your inbox. It can also unsubscribe you from mailing lists when you ask it to or switch that option on.

The Service only moves email between those folders. It does not delete your email, does not mark it as read, and leaves starred or flagged email where it is. Each move is listed in your dashboard and can be undone.

3. No guarantee

Email filtering cannot be perfect. We do not guarantee that the Service will catch every spam, scam, phishing or other harmful email, or that it will never move an email you wanted. A harmful email may reach your inbox, and a wanted email may end up in Junk or Promotions. The Service is an extra layer of protection and not a replacement for your own care, your email provider's protections, security software or the advice of security professionals. Check your Junk and Promotions folders from time to time, and treat any unexpected request for money, passwords or personal information with caution, whoever it seems to come from.

Do not rely on the Service for email that is urgent, time-critical or about health, safety or legal deadlines.

4. Your account and mailboxes

5. Plans, usage and payment

6. Free sample

We may offer a one-time free sample that cleans part of one inbox. It is limited to one per person, account and mailbox. We may change, limit or end the free sample, and refuse it where we believe it is being misused.

7. Cancellation and refunds

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Service for anything unlawful; connect a mailbox you are not authorized to access; try to get around usage limits, payment or the free-sample limits; interfere with or overload the Service; copy, resell or reverse engineer the Service; or use it to build a competing product.

9. Third-party services

The Service works with third-party services, such as your email provider, our payment processor, our email delivery provider and our AI processing provider. Their services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement, and any warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Inbox Liberator and its owners, employees and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, money, profits or business, including losses caused by a scam, phishing or other harmful email that the Service did not catch, or by an email the Service moved. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Service, your breach of these terms, or your connection of a mailbox you were not authorized to connect.

13. Changes and termination

We may change the Service or these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or in the Service before it takes effect; continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the change. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the Service or others at risk.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Bedford County, Virginia, and you agree to their jurisdiction.
